Hand Dye Colors

This page is built to clarify some of the mumbo jumbo that seems obvious to me, but may be a little confusing for you.  All goods on this site start with Natural (no dye) full grain cowhide.  We hope the pictures below will help clarify our Hand Dye Colors as well as Techniques so you can choose the perfect style for yourself.

PLAIN HAND DYE COLORS

Believe it or not, the picture above and below are taken of the exact same straps.  The pictures demonstrate how the leather shows differently under different lighting.  We have the color arranged from Light to Dark.   Left to Right, they are Plain Saddle Tan, Plain Mahogany, Plain Dark Brown, and Plain Black.

GROOVED PLAIN COLORS

The pictures above and below demonstrate our "grooved" plain colors reflect in different light.  Again, they are arranged light to dark from left to right.  The Specific hand dye colors are Saddle Tan Antique, Mahogany Antique, Dark Brown Natural, Dark Brown Antique, and Black.  For more information on the difference between "Natural" and "Antique", visit Our Process

TWO TONE HAND DYE COLORS

Once again, the pictures show the same hand dye colors in different lighting.  The colors from left to right are Brown/Tan 2-Tone, Black/Tan 2-Tone, Black/Mahogany 2-Tone, Black/Brown 2Tone.
